POSITION SUMMARY:

Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate with others shift’s supervisor on warehousing activities. You should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

• Oversee in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Complies with FDA, DEA, OSHA, State and local regulation on warehousing. Advising management on needed actions.
• Communicate with our Distribution facility on delivery or pick up.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Communicate job expectations and coaching.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor Degree a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years warehouse supervisor in Pharmaceuticals environment
• Must have experience of SAP specific to Warehouse/ Inventory Management (WM/IM).
