Warehouse Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform an array of functions involving the receipt, storage, movement, and consumption of materials in a pharmaceutical environment. Assists Warehouse Lead in reconciliation of inventory and assist others warehouse associates when needed.

OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage time and work load for shift operations
  • Prepare shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes
  • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
  • Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts, determining root cause for discrepancies, and resolving/remedying discrepancies in inventory records such as SAP and Excel.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education:

Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent

Experience:

2+ years in Pharmaceuticals Warehouse and Distribution environment

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Computer skills required (Word, Excel)
  • SAP preferred
  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Controlled substance experience preferred
  • Temperature controlled aka Cold-Chain experience preferred

Other requirements :

Forklift Certification
